Before You Begin
Make sure you have the following information ready:
- Company name and address
- Employee name and address
- Employee's last 4 digits of SSN
- Pay rate (hourly or salary)
- Hours worked (for hourly employees)
Your information is stored locally in your browser, so you won't need to re-enter it for future paystubs.
Step-by-Step Guide
Enter company information
Start by entering your company's name and full address. This appears at the top of the paystub.
Add employee details
Enter the employee's name, the last 4 digits of their SSN, and their home address.
Configure pay settings
Select whether the employee is hourly or salaried, enter their pay rate, and choose the pay frequency.
Enter pay period details
Set the pay period start and end dates. For hourly employees, enter regular and overtime hours.
Add deductions (optional)
Add any pre-tax deductions like 401(k) contributions or health insurance premiums.
Review and download
Preview your paystub, verify the calculations, and download the PDF.
