Welcome to Paystub Studio, a service operated by Gramercy Research Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and services at paystubstudio.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 1. Service Description

Paystub Studio provides a web-based tool for generating paystub documents. The Service allows users to input employment and compensation information and generates formatted paystub documents based on that input.

2. Important Disclaimers Regarding Calculations

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Tax withholding calculations are estimates based on publicly available tax tables and standard formulas
• Actual tax obligations may differ based on individual circumstances, tax credits, deductions, and other factors not captured by our calculations
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations, including but not limited to federal income tax, state income tax, Social Security, Medicare, or any other withholdings
• Tax laws and rates change frequently, and while we strive to keep our data current, there may be delays in updating our systems
• You are solely responsible for verifying all calculations with a qualified tax professional, accountant, or payroll specialist
• Paystub Studio is not a substitute for professional tax advice, payroll services, or accounting services

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
• You have the legal right and authority to create paystub documents for the individuals and entities represented
• You will not use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive documents
• You will not use the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to tax evasion, fraud, or misrepresentation
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any data you input
• You will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Create false or fraudulent paystub documents
• Misrepresent employment, income, or tax information
• Commit identity theft or fraud
• Obtain loans, credit, housing, or other benefits through deception
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment for paystub generation is processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your purchased document, please contact us at the email provided on our contact page.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-provided data), is owned by Gramercy Research Group, LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAMERCY RESEARCH GROUP, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gramercy Research Group, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
